About our Panelists

Julee Everett, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP, CSPO, joins us from CCG Analytics Solutions and Services. Not only is Julee the current Director of Client Success in her company, but also is a consultant, trainer, author, and speaker who helps organizations adopt agile thinking and innovative practices. Some of her recent accolades include Winner, 2017 Tampa Bay Agile Coach of the Year, Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF), Organizer of ProductCamp Gulf Coast, and the Founder of the Tampa Bay Agile Product Owner Group. She has been working in the Agile space for over ten years and has been in Project Management longer than that, while continuing to volunteer for numerous charities and professional associations.

Margarita Dimova, PMP, ICAgile, ITIL is a PMP certified Program and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience driving the successful completion of complex efforts focused on IT Transformation, Strategy, and Cyber Security. Margarita currently manages the global Identity and Access Management (IAM) program for PwC through SkyBridge Resources. The effort involves delivering next generation cybersecurity solutions to 160 member firms across the globe. She started her IT journey as a Project Manager for a large scale IT Service Management transformation at RedBull before transitioning to IT consulting and working for industry leaders such as Deloitte and Accenture. During her consulting career, she focused on managing IT Strategy and Cyber Security projects for multiple government and private clients in the DC area. As a Project Manager, Margarita has gained deep expertise in all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle and frequently includes PM best practices and PM methodologies as part of a holistic approach to delivering cutting-edge IT services.

Samantha Huber currently serves as a Project Manager, Associate with WellCare Health Plans. She is currently working toward her PMP. Her career has been spent in the health insurance industry and she began her project management career in 2017 as a HEDIS Project Manager for another health plan before moving to enterprise project management with WellCare in 2018 where her team focuses on new market growth and expansion of existing markets in Medicaid.

Monique MacDonald will join us with an assortment of project management experience. Like many in the industry, Monique began her career as an “unofficial” Project Manager based on her ability to drive results. It would be three years before she would receive her PMP training and learn the science in support of the art. Today, in her role as a Director in Catalina’s Enterprise Agility Office (EAO), she has made the leap to Agile and is mentoring others in the field, continuing to evangelize the importance of finding the balance between the science and the art of project management.
