Presenter: Steven Granese

Presenter Bio:   Steven Granese has been building innovative software teams and solutions for his entire 18 year career.  His expertise lies in transforming organizations to reach new levels of effectiveness, customer satisfaction and employee engagement by adopting agile principles and practices.  Steven is responsible for leading the Transform Consulting Practice at AgileThought, where he serves as its Vice President.  He leads a team of the top agile coaches, DevOps consultants, and product consultants in the Southeastern United States.  Prior to his current role, Steven worked as a consultant at Tribridge for six years where he worked both internally and with clients to evangelize and coach agile ways of working.  

Recognized as an expert on agile, Steven is an avid speaker for companies, conferences and user groups.  He is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute.  He holds a Master of Science Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in the field of Electronic Commerce, a Master of Arts from Georgetown University in Communication, Culture and Technology, and a Bachelor degree from Wake Forest University in Psychology, where he lettered for four years in baseball.

Continuing Certification Requirements:

Technical project management: Knowledge, skills and behaviors related to specific domains of Project, Program and Portfolio Management.

Leadership: Knowledge, skills and behaviors specific to leadership-oriented, cross-cutting activities that help an organization achieve its business goals.

Strategic and business management: Knowledge of and expertise in the industry or organization that enhances performance and better delivers business outcomes.

   

This session will provide you 1.5 PDU towards Strategic and Business Management.
