About the Speaker: Liam Brien

Liam Brien is a senior consultant with Cardinal Solutions, a National Software Solutions provider. Over the past 15 years, he has directed the delivery of complex software solutions in industries such as telecom, retail, manufacturing, security, and financial services.
Liam has consulted with firms ranging in size from Fortune 20 to startups, in directing product development and delivery. His clients include Verizon, L3 Communications, Royal Bank of Canada, Hawaiian Airlines, and AMC Theaters, among others.
Liam directs the development and delivery of software solutions using principle-based methods, including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Customer Development etc. In most cases, the complexity of the solutions combined with market conditions, require a customized,
hybrid approach to deliver on client needs. In his spare time, Liam is an avid mountain biker, reader, and is very active in community contribution programs.
