Meet Our Speaker: Amanda Inman, SA
Amanda is the Agile Solution Leader for Apex Systems who defines and develops the company’s approach and delivery of agile services across the nation. An Agile Transformation specialist who applies a practiced understanding of Waterfall & Agile philosophies and frameworks, along with the Software Development Lifecycle, to mentor client teams and leaders. Having performed a wide-range of roles, she successfully advises with all aspects of a team and organization in mind.
Has over eighteen years of experience in planning, managing, and delivering enterprise IT solutions. Specializes in:
- Agile Transformations of large, cross-team, cross-platform IT shops
- Coaching and mentoring organizations in Agile methods
- Customer visioning and strategizing of legacy application modernization (previously led such initiatives for one of the world’s largest Transportation companies)
- Program, Project and Product Management (PMO, IT, and Marketing)
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
