In this talk, we will discuss how project managers are impacted by the implementation of the DevOps methodology. Specifically, we will discuss the history and rise of continuous integration and continuous delivery in SDLC and how it impacts the teams that project managers work with.
Items of consideration include accelerating delivery/shipment of code, working with IT operations teams, new tools, automation, and DevOps Culture. We will challenge common misconceptions on DevOps and focus on the ultimate outcome of an Agile and DevOps implementation.
