Topic: Cooperation, Competition, and Productivity

John will illustrate through a colorful true story how cooperative and competitive behavior can be harnessed to improve productivity. 


John Mandujano, PMP, CSM, CPHIMS

John is a Project Manager at Evoke Research and Consulting LLC. He has lead technology projects at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, the State of South Carolina and Duke Energy. He is currently a Business Process Engineer at the Office of Business Process Improvements at the Department of Veterans Affairs.  

At Boston College, he majored in speech communication, specializing in Group Dynamics. He was named Top Freshman Debater and was New England Novice Debate Champion. He took third place in the Leonard Persuasive Speaking Contest. He was an alternate on the United States International Discussion and Debate Team. He has given guest lectures on debate, argumentation theory and public speaking at Boston College and Georgetown University. He was a Distinguished Toastmaster and spoke at two Toastmaster International conventions.
